Notes:
We have reports that PDF Merger sometimes does not work
Acrobat 5.0. This problem can be avoided by downloading
and installing the free upgrade to 5.0.5 from
http://www.adobe.com FrameMaker Story:
This applet was first written to support spot (Pantone)
colors in FrameMaker. Ordinarily, FrameMaker will convert
spot colors to process. However, if you output a Frame
document to EPS files using a Mac, Frame's spot colors
are preserved.
However, there is catch. Frame's EPS files randomly
come out in portrait and landscape view. If you
distill Frame's EPS files into single page PDF files and then
merge with this applet, you can obtain a single PDF
file with Frame's spot color with all the pages rotated
the same way.
