der Illustrator Scripting-Markt (Freeware) ist alles andere als übersättigt. Schau Dir das Angebot auf Adobe Studio Exchange an und Du verstehst...
In unserem FAQ-Bereich findest Du eine Handvoll Javascripts von Wolfgang. Passen zwar nicht zu Deinen Anforderungen, schau sie Dir trotzdem mal an.
Ansonsten habe ich bereits die Javascript Reference erwähnt, die Du als PDF-Datei auf der Illustrator-CD findest und in der viele Beispielscripte enthalten sind. Daraus entnommen ein Script, das nicht das macht, was Du willst, aber eben in die Richtung geht. Speicher den folgenden Code als *.js ab und probiers aus.
