Soweit ich die englische Beschreibung verstehe, sollte Sonar Bookends eine Liste der zu indizierenden Wörter übernehmen können:
«Using A User-Supplied Item List :
If you are indexing a catalog and have the list of items in a database (such as part numbers, descriptions, or the like), then all of the Sonar Bookends indexing programs will accept the list, lookup the items, and return an index in minutes, for quick and easy import into your favorite desktop-publishing or word-processing application!
Don't have your list in a database? No problem. Simply provide the list as a text file, it doesn't matter what you use to create the list.»
Du kannst also Sonar Bookends eine Wortliste aus einer Datenbank oder als Textfile (z.B. Word) zur Verfügung stellen, und Bookends macht daraus einen Index, übrigens auch dann, wenn dein Dokument aus mehreren Dateien zusammengesetzt ist.
Vielleicht gibts ja jemanden, der mit Bookends schon konkrete Erfahrungen gemacht hat und sie hier postet.
