das geht relativ einfach mit applescript.
voraussetzung: mac osx, photoshop ab version 7
1.schritt: starte den scripteditor:
macintosh hd / programme / applescript / scripteditor
2. schritt: kopiere folgenden code ueber die zwischenablage in ein neues scripeditordokument

3. schritt: klicke auf den menüpunkt uebersetzen. du wirst aufgefordert die programmdatei von photoshop auszuwaehlen ...
4. schritt: sichere die datei in:
macintosh hd / library / scripts / folderactionscripts
dateiformat: script unter dem namen tiff_lzw
5. schritt: erstelle auf deinem desktop einen neuen ordner mit beliebigem namen und einem unterordner mit namen "out"
6. schritt: klicke mit gedrueckter ctrl-taste auf den zuerst erstellten ordner und waehle ordneraktion anhaengen. waehle die eben von dir erstellte datei tiff_lzw
fertig :)
wenn du jetzt eine tiff-datei in den ordner schiebst, dann wird die datei in ps geoeffnet und mit lzw-komprimierung im ordner out gesichert. die originaldatei wird geloescht.

save layers (boolean) : save layers
save spot colors (boolean) : save spot colors
