Hallo Marcello,
die Modelle von Photoshop CS5 liegen im Applikationsverzeichnis unter Presets -> Meshes und sind im Collada-Format (.dae). Dies ist ein recht weit verbreitetes Format für 3D-Programme und daher kannst Du dir dann eben eine neue Datei bauen oder eine bestehende verändern und unter neuem Namen abspeichern.
Google Sketchup (kostenfrei) verwendet Collada, aber auch Blender 2.5 und natürlich Cinema 4D etc.
