In einer Adobe Newsgroup kam prinzipiell die gleiche Frage auf, nämlich wie man eine kimplette Farbpalette von PS nach GL übernimmt.
Ein neues Feature von GL CS ist die Fähigkeit, PS's *.aco-Paletten zu lesen. Man muss diese dazu in das GL-Verzeichnis für Paletten kopieren und GL neu starten.

I discussed this issue with the GoLive engineering team and here's what I learned:
GoLive can only import swatches of type RGB, CYMK and GrayScale. All other color values (Lab, HSB, etc.) are set to a default value. There is also no color management done here (so CMYK looks a bit funny). Contrary to what the user in the forum said, his swatch set contains mostly Lab colors, which come out as black on Windows. You can verify the color type in Photoshop by looking at the Info palette.
