Ich denke, daß Dein Problem durch das Zusammenfügen der PDF-Einzelseiten zustande kommt.
Wie wäre es, wenn Du die Einzelseiten als PostScript-Dateien schreibst und dann mithilfe von Run_DirEx und dem Distiller zusammenfügst?
Wie das geht? Hier der Code, bitte kopieren und in einer reinen Textdatei speichern, danach den Anweisungen folgen:
